A Family-Run Team, Building on Trust

Halsey Homes is led by Sean Halsey, who built the company on a simple standard: treat every home as if it were being built for his own family. That standard has held for decades, and it still shapes how we work today. Sean now leads alongside Susan Halsey, who manages the company's finances with the same care and transparency clients see on site, and Charlie Halsey, who oversees pre-construction, client communication, and the systems that keep every project organized from first conversation to final walkthrough.

We have been recognized by the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association with its highest distinction, the Pinnacle Builder Award, along with two Builder of the Year selections and consecutive Best of the Burg wins. Those honors matter to us less as recognition and more as a standard we intend to keep meeting.

We take on a limited number of projects each year so our team stays hands-on and present, whether we are building a new custom home on acreage or renovating a home a family already loves.
