This is where it all begins. We start with a complimentary call to understand your vision, timeline, land (if you have it), and lifestyle. You don’t need to have it all figured out — just a dream, a budget range, and a bit of curiosity.
We visit your lot — whether it’s wooded, waterfront, or wide open — and assess everything from access and topography to potential challenges. If you haven’t found land yet, we can help guide you through that too.
Pre-construction is where we reduce risk, lock in clarity, and build a real plan. We align on scope, develop specifications, coordinate the right vendors and design professionals, and produce a pricing package that supports confident decision-making.
From farmhouse to modern barn to craftsman, your home should reflect you. We work with you to refine layout, elevations, materials, and finishes. You’ll get structured checkpoints and practical guidance so decisions stay clear and manageable.
Once financing is secured and the estimate is finalized, we sign a construction contract, finalize the schedule, and move into permitting and mobilization. You’ll receive JobTread access to follow schedule, selections, and progress.
From excavation to final trim, we manage the details on site and keep communication clean and consistent. Expect regular updates, photo documentation, and walkthroughs at key milestones.
We complete a full home orientation and close out final details. Our warranty support is structured and responsive so your home continues to perform beautifully after move-in.
We primarily build within a practical radius of Fredericksburg to protect schedule reliability, trade continuity, and on-site oversight. For projects outside our core area, we evaluate fit based on scope, timeline, and logistics.
