This is where it all begins. We start with a complimentary 30-minute call to understand your vision, timeline, land (if you have it), and lifestyle. You don’t need to have it all figured out - just a dream, a budget range, and a bit of curiosity.
We visit your lot - whether it’s wooded, waterfront, or wide open, and assess everything from access and topography to potential challenges. If you haven’t found land yet, we can help guide you through that too.
This agreement lays the foundation for your project. It includes design consultation, structural planning, and estimating. You’ll receive detailed specs, floorplans, and a working budget - all before construction begins.
From farmhouse to modern barn, to craftsman, your home should reflect you. We work with you to refine layout, elevations, materials, and every finish. We guide you through selections, schedule check-ins, and offer creative solutions that fit your budget.
Once financing is secured and the estimate is finalized, we sign a fixed-price construction contract. We’ll pull permits and break ground. You’ll receive a personalized login to our JobTread portal to follow the schedule, selections, and progress.
From excavation to final trim, we manage every detail on site. You’ll receive weekly updates, photo logs, and clear communication. We meet regularly for walkthroughs at key stages - framing, mechanicals, and pre-close.
Once the keys are in your hand, you’re not on your own. We perform a full orientation, and our warranty team is on hand for the first year to make sure your home performs beautifully. We’re here if you need anything - and even if you don’t.
